dc.description.abstractSanayinin gelişmesi ile birlikte işletmelerde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği konusu gittikçe önem kazanmaktadır. İnsanın güvenli, sağlıklı, konforlu ve estetik koşullarda yaşaması için gerekli olan ergonomi biliminin her endüstride ve her iş alanında uygulanması hem çalışan hem de işveren açısından son derece fayda sağlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada, ergonomik çalışma yeri ilkeleri üzerinde durulmuş, ergonomi ilkelerine uyulmayan durumlarda ortaya çıkabilecek risklere çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur. Uluslararası bir tekstil firmasının perakende mağazalarında ergonomik risklerin tespit edilmesi için QEC yöntemi, ILO tarafından geliştirilen ‘’Ergonomic Checkpoints’’ isimli ergonomik risk ölçüm anketi, CMDQ kas-iskelet sistemi rahatsızlık ölçeğinden oluşan bir risk ölçüm modeli 151 personel üzerinde uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda çalışanlarda birçok ergonomik risk unsuru tespit edilmiş ve bunlara çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur. Önerilen modelin işletmelerdeki ergonomik risk farkındalığını yaratmak ve riskli çalışma alanlarında çözüm önerileri geliştirmekte yöneticilere, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uzmanlarına kullanılmasında fayda sağlaması beklenilmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe issue of occupational health and safety is increasingly gaining importance in enterprises upon the development of the industry. The implementation of ergonomics which is required for a safe, healthy, comfortable and aesthetic conditions of living for people in each industry and business line offers benefits both for employees and employers. This study focuses on the principles for an ergonomic workplace and some solutions are offered for any risks which may result from noncompliance with the principles of ergonomics. In order to identify the ergonomic risks, 151 employees who work in a retail store of an international textile company were subjected to the QEC method, an ergonomic risk measurement survey called as “Ergonomic Checkpoints” which is developed by ILO and a risk measurement model consisting of CMDQ musculoskeletal system disorder scale. As a result of such research, several musculoskeletal disorder risk factors were encountered in the employees and some solutions were recommended for these risks. It is expected that the recommended model will offer a tool to directors and occupational health and safety specialists in raising an awareness about ergonomic risks at workplaces and developing solutions for risky working environments.en_US
