| dc.description.abstract | Üretim faktörlerinin üretime olan katkılarının, faktör yoğunluklarının ve ölçeğe göre getiri durumlarının bilinmesi üretim yönetiminde önem arz etmektedir. Üretim faktörlerinin üretime olan etkisi çeşitli yöntemlerle belirlenebilmektedir. Cobb Douglas üretim fonksiyonu, faktör esnekliklerinin belirlenmesinde yararlanılan, en kullanışlı ve doğru sonuçlar veren yöntemlerden biridir. Bu çalışma, Erzurum’daki KOBİ’lerin üretim yapılarının belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında Erzurum Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde alan araştırması yapılmıştır. Alan araştırmasında, 25 imalatçı işletme ile yüz yüze anket çalışması yapılmış ve işletmelerin üretim faktörleri ve üretime ait verileri derlenmiştir. Elde edilen veriler RATS 4.02 programında analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda, KOBİ’lerin üretim faktörlerinin esnekliği ve ölçeğe göre getiri durumları ortaya konmuştur. Sonuç olarak, işgücü ve sermayenin üretim esnekliğinin birbirine yakın ve ölçeğe göre sabit getiri durumunun geçerli olduğu belirlenmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Knowledge of the contribution of the production factors to production, their factor densities, and their state of returns to scale are important in production management. The effect of production factors to production can be determined by various methods. Cobb Douglass production function is one of the most useful methods giving accurate results in determining factor flexibilities. This work has been done for determining the production structure of SMEs in Erzurum. A field research has been made in Erzurum Organized Industrial Zone within the scope of this study. A face to face survey has been conducted with 25 manufacturing enterprises in the field research and the production factors and the production data of these enterprises have been collected. The data obtained has been analyzed in 4.02 RATS. As a result of the analysis, the flexibility of the production factors of SMEs and the state of returns of these factors in accordance with the scale has been revealed. In conclusion, it has been found out that the production flexibility of labor and capital are close to each other and there is constant returns to scale. | en_US |
