| dc.description.abstract | Ar-Ge ve inovasyon kültürlerinin şirketlere entegrasyonu oldukça önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışma kapsamında, Ar-Ge ve inovasyonun sosyo-ekonomik ölçekte etkisi, bilimsel etkileri ve teknolojik ilerleme konuları araştırılmıştır. Özellikle Ar-Ge ve inovasyon politikalarının endüstride uygulanabilirliğine odaklanarak, hızla büyüyen inovasyon kültürünün gelişiminde ki parametrelerin ve metriklerin belirlenmesinin yanı sıra Ar-Ge kültürü kilometre taşlarının önemi ve son yıllarda ulusal ve uluslararası literatürde yer alan çalışmalar ve uygulamalar incelenerek analiz edilmiştir. Türkiye’de inovatif faaliyetlerin yeterli olmadığı hem ülke hem de bölgesel kalkınmalara katkı sağlanabilmesi için bilimsel araştırma kurumlarının kalitesi ve Ar-Ge harcamalarında üniversite-sanayi iş birliklerinin artırılması öncelikli bir amaç olarak belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışma kapsamında özellikle inovasyon politikalarının endüstride uygulanabilirliğine odaklanarak, hızla büyüyen inovasyon kültürünün gelişiminde ki parametrelerin ve metriklerin belirlenmesinin yanı sıra Ar-Ge kültürü kilometre taşlarının önemi ve son yıllarda literatürde yer alan çalışmalar ve uygulamalar bu perspektifte incelenerek analiz edilmiştir. Türkiye’nin Ar-Ge harcamalarının ihracatı üzerinde meydana getirdiği etkilerin yanı sıra Ar-Ge faaliyetlerinin makro ekonomik performansları bu çalışmada sunulmuştur. Yapılan analizler sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara bakıldığında Ar-Ge harcamalarının ihracatı doğrudan artırdığı yönünde güçlü bulgular elde edilmiş, nihai sonuçta Ar-Ge faaliyetlerinin Türkiye’de daha bilinçli bir şekilde planlanarak artırılması gerekliliği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The integration of R&D and innovation cultures into companies is of great importance. Within the scope of this study, the impact of R&D and innovation on socio-economic scale, scientific effects and technological progress are investigated. Especially focusing on the applicability of R&D and innovation policies in the industry, the importance of R&D culture milestones as well as the determination of parameters and metrics in the development of the rapidly growing innovation culture and the importance of R&D culture milestones and the studies and practices in the national and international literature in recent years have been analysed. In order to contribute to both national and regional development in Turkey, where innovative activities are not sufficient, the quality of scientific research institutions and increasing university-industry cooperation in R&D expenditures should be determined as a priority goal. Within the scope of this study, especially focusing on the applicability of innovation policies in the industry, the importance of R&D culture milestones as well as determining the parameters and metrics in the development of the rapidly growing innovation culture, and the studies and practices in the literature in recent years have been analysed in this perspective. The effects of Turkey's R&D expenditures on exports as well as the macroeconomic performances of R&D activities are presented in this study. Considering the findings obtained as a result of the analyses, strong findings have been obtained that R&D expenditures directly increase exports, and in the final result, it has been concluded that R&D activities should be planned and increased more consciously in Turkey. | |
