| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmamız özellikle dönüşümsel liderlik tarzının finansal performans üzerindeki etkisini araştırmak amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. İşletmelerin finansal başarıya odaklandığı göz önüne alındığında, bu çalışmaların, akademik literatürde hala önemini korumaktadır. Bu çalışmada, dönüşümsel liderlik tarzı incelenmiş ve bu etkileri test etmek için çalışan bağlılığı ve çalışan motivasyonu gibi aracı roller ayrı ayrı ele alınmıştır. Araştırma sürecinde, 441 katılımcının katılımıyla anketler toplanmış ve elde edilen veriler istatistiksel analizlere tabi tutulmuştur. Çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre, dönüşümsel liderlik tarzının şirketin finansal performansı üzerinde doğrudan bir etkisinin olmadığı gözlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte çalışan bağlılığının finansal performans üzerinde kısmi bir etkisinin olduğu görülmüştür ancak motivasyonun finansal performans üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisi olmadığı gözlemlenmiştir. Çalışan bağlılığının artmasıyla finansal performasın etkilendiği görülmüştür ancak motivasyonunöartmasıyla finansal performans arasında etki tespit edilememiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study was carried out especially to investigate the effect of transformational leadership style on financial performance. studies at the global level, which are associated with the performance of organizations. Considering that businesses focus on financial success, these studies still maintain their importance in the academic literature. In this study, the transformational leadership style was examined and mediating roles such as employee engagement and employee motivation were discussed separately to test these effects. During the research process, questionnaires were collected with the participation of 441 participants and the data obtained were subjected to statistical analysis. According to the results of the study, it was observed that the transformational leadership style did not have a direct effect on the financial performance of the company. However, it was observed that employee engagement had a partial effect on financial performance, but motivation did not have a significant effect on financial performance. It was observed that the financial performance was affected by the increase in the commitment of the employees, but no effect could be found between the increase in the motivation and the financial performance. | en_US |
