Özet
İş etüdünün önemli bir tekniği olan zaman etüdü metodu, ilk kez Frederick W.Taylor tarafından kullanılmıştır. Zaman etüdü ile çok az masraf ve gayretle iş yerindeki üretkenlik arttırılabilmektedir. Amaç işin yapılış sürelerini doğru tespit ederek çalışanların daha verimli çalışmalarına katkı sağlamaktır. Bu çalışmada Mobilya sektörüne yönelik üretim yapan bir işletmede gerekli iyileştirmeler ve işletmenin ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda gerekli çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Önce ilgili işletmede süreç şemaları, iş akış şemaları oluşturulmuştur. Üretim Hattındaki Döşeme 2 süreçlerinde yapılan iş ölçümleri ile etkin olmayan zamanları ortaya çıkarmak ve standart zamanları hesaplamak amaçlanmaktadır. Bu iş yerinde bu işlerle ilgili daha önceden standart zaman hesaplaması yapılmadığından 25 gün boyunca 13 işe ait iş ölçüm süreleri tespit edilerek bu 13 işe ait standart zamanlar hesaplanmıştır.
Time Study which is one of the most important techniques of work study was first used by Frederick W.Taylor. The productivity in the work place can be increased with less effort and minimal cost by time study. The aim is to determine the duration of each work and thus to contribute the employees to work more efficient. In this study, the necessary improvements in an enterprise engaged in production for furniture industry and the necessary studies based on the needs of the enterprises have been conducted. First, process diagrams and flow charts related to the enterprise were formed. Then, it was aimed to reveal the inefficient times and to calculate standard times in the processes of Furnishing-2 production line by using the business metrics. In this work place; since the calculation of standard times has not been performed yet, during 25 days work times of 13 works were measured and standard times of these 13 works were calculated.
