| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada sanayi alanları gelişiminin İstanbul metropoliten alanı makroformuna etkileri tartışılarak özellikle kuzey batı yönünde çok hızlı değişimler yaşayan Arnavutköy ilçesi incelenmiştir. Arnavutköy ilçe sınırlarında gerek sanayi, gerek lojistik ve bunlara bağlı konut/ticaret fonksiyonları ile gerçekleşen bu gelişmelerin son 40 yıllık dönemde metropolün batı ucunda yarattığı yapılaşmaları sanayi-konut etkileşimi bağlamında sorgulayarak tartışmaktadır. Çalışma üç ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde sanayi tanımı ve kavramı, tarihsel gelişimi, sınıflandırılması, sanayileşmenin kentleşmeye etkisi ve önemi vurgulanmaktadır. İkinci bölümde ise Türkiye’de sanayileşmenin kentleşmeye etkisi kentin saçaklanması ve sanayinin desantralizasyonu, kent çeperi, saçaklanma gibi kavramlar ve İstanbul’da sanayinin desantralizasyonu tartışılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde; örnek çalışma alanı olan Arnavutköy ilçesi tarihi ve nüfus değişimi, Hadımköy sanayi alanı gelişim süreci, sanayinin kuruluş yılları, çalışanların oturdukları yerler, çevre yerleşimlerinin yapılanma süreci ve kurulan sanayi alanlarının çevre değişimine etkisi incelenmiştir. Son bölümde ise yapılan anket çalışmasından elde edilen sonuçlar sanayi-konut etkileşimi çerçevesinde tartışılarak değerlendirilmiştir. | en_US |

In the second part, The effect of urbanization, urban sprawl and decentralization of industry, urban wall, concepts like sprawl and Decentralization of industry in Istanbul is discussed. In the third part, Arnavutköy district, which is an exemplary study area, history and population change, development process in Hadımköy industrial area, the foundation years of industry, where employees sit, structuring process of environmental settlements and The effects of settled industrial zones on environmental change have been investigated.
