Özet
Bu çalışmada, üretim yapan işletmelerimizde büyük önem taşıyan Standart Zamanların saptanması konusu ele alınmaktadır. Büyük işletmelerimiz de dahil olmak üzere birçok işletmede Standart Zamanlar olarak ele alınan değerler çoğu kez Kronometraj Yöntemi ile belirlenmiş olan fiili sürelerden ibarettir. Doğal olarak da bilimsel gerçek değerler olmaktan uzaktır. Ayrıca, bu zamanlar belirlenmeden önce yapılması gereken insan makina sistemlerinin Ergonomik olarak tasarlanması süreci de ihmal edilmektedir. Bildiri bu gerçeklerden yola çıkarak Standart Zamanlar’ın hem elde ediliş yöntemlerini ve hem de diğer konularla ilişkisini ele almaktadır.
In this paper, the scientific way of determining the Standard Times is disscussed. This problem is especcially important in every kind of production companies including very large and international ones. Generally, determined Standard Times are actual times which obtained from operator. And naturally they are scientifically wrong. Besides this, generally the before going phases are not considered. Especcially, Ergonomic Man-Machine System Design is omitted. This paper, deals with determining Standard Time Methods and tries to explain the relation Standard Times and other Industrial Engineering areas.
