| dc.description.abstract | Üretim kaynaklarının sınırlı olduğu ve işletme maliyetlerinin yüksek olduğu bir rekabet ortamında kullanılacak kaynakların planlaması ve müşteri memnuniyetini sağlayacak kalite, kullanılabilirlik, tasarım gibi faktörlerin düşük maliyet, yüksek karlılıkla üretilmesi hedeflenmektedir. Bu hedefler doğrultusunda israflar ortadan kaldırılmak istenmektedir. Araştırmada amaç; Sistemi yalın üretim prensipleriyle bütün olarak inceleyip, müşteri talebine göre sıfır stok kavramıyla üretim yapmaktır. Bu çalışmada kullanılacak yöntem olan değer akışı haritalamanın temel amacı, israfları tespit etmek ve kaldırılması için gerekli adımları belirlemektir. Araştırma, yalın üretimi benimseyen otomotiv sanayiinde faaliyet gösteren otomobil koltuk kılıfı üreticisi Toyota Boshoku Sewtech Türkiye’nin yalınlaştırılması üzerine yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda müşteri memnuniyetinin sağlanması, akış süresinin kısaltılması, israf kaynakların tespit edilmesi ve para dönüşünü arttırmak amaçlanmaktadır. İşletmede, değer katan ve katmayan faaliyetlerin ayrıştırılması değer akışı analizi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucunda öneriler sunulmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In a competitive environment where production resources are limited and operating costs are high, it is aimed to plan the resources to be used and to produce factors such as quality, usability and design that will ensure customer satisfaction with low cost and high profitability. In line with these targets, it is desired to eliminate waste. The purpose of the research; It is to examine the system as a whole with lean production principles and to produce with the concept of zero stock according to customer demand. The main purpose of value stream mapping, which is the method to be used in this study, is to identify waste and determine the necessary steps to remove it. The research was conducted on the simplification of Toyota Boshoku Sewtech Turkey, an automobile seat cover manufacturer operating in the automotive industry that has adopted lean manufacturing. As a result of the research, it is aimed to ensure customer satisfaction, shorten the flow time, identify waste resources and increase the return on money. In the business, the separation of value-adding and non-value-added activities was carried out by value stream analysis. At the end of the study, suggestions were presented. | en_US |
