| dc.description.abstract | Giderek karmaşıklaşan ekonomik ve sosyal çevrede işletmeler gittikçe hızını artıran, küresel teknolojik gelişim tabanlı bir rekabetle karşı karşıya kalmaktadır. Belirsiz bir sosyo-ekonomik yapı içinde bulunan işletmeler, uzun dönemli başarı için iç ve dış etkiler nedeniyle teknolojik yeteneklerini geliştirmeli ve sürdürmelidir. Bu yüzden rekabetçi bir çevrede teknolojinin kritik rolü nedeniyle, stratejik teknoloji yönetimi ve teknoloji kullanımı işletmeler için önemli hale gelmiştir. Bu bağlamda çalışmada otomotiv yan sanayi işletmelerinde işletme performansı ile stratejik teknoloji yönetimi faaliyetleri ve teknoloji kullanımı arasındaki ilişkiler irdelenmiştir. İşletme performansı ile bu performansın açıklanmasında etkili olabilecek stratejik teknoloji yönetimi uygulamaları ve teknoloji kullanımı boyutları arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek amacıyla çoklu regresyon analizine başvurulmuştur. Regresyon analizi sonuçlarına göre, İşletme Performansının Stratejik Teknoloji Yönetimi Uygulamaları ve Teknoloji Kullanımı ile açıklanabildiği ve sonuçların istatistiksel bakımdan anlamlı olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca regresyon analizi sonuçlarına göre Teknoloji Kullanımı işletme performansını Stratejik Teknoloji Yönetimi Uygulamalarına göre daha güçlü bir şekilde etkilemektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Businesses are confronted with an ever-increasingly global technological development based competition in a rapidly complicating economic and social environment. Businesses in an obscure socio-economical frame should develop and sustain their technological competence owing to the internal and external causes for long-term achievement. Therefore, strategic technology management and technology usage are of vital importance for businesses because of the critical role of the technology in a competitive environment. In this respect, the relationship between activities of strategic technology management and technology usage with business performance in automotive sub-industry businesses is studied in this study. In order to determine business performance and the relationship between activities of strategic technology management and technology usage dimension which could be efficient in clarification of business performance, multiple regression analysis is applied. According to results of regression analysis, it is found out that Business Performance could be explained by Activities of Strategic Technology Management and Technology Usage and the result are significant from statistical respect. Besides, in reference to the results of regression analysis, Technology Usage affects the business performance more powerfully than Activities of Strategic Technology Management. | en_US |
