| dc.description.abstract | Şirketlerin kısa ve uzun vadeli planlarının birçoğunda temel alınan talep tahminlerinin, gerçekleşecek durumu minimum hata ile yansıtması istenir. Özellikle geçmişe ait verilerin azlığı ve pazar koşullarının değişkenliği klasik yöntemler ile yapılan talep tahminlerinde bazı kabullerin yapılmasını gerektirmekte, bu durum hata oranlarının artmasına neden olabilmektedir. Bulanık zaman serileri temelli tahmin yöntemleri ile az sayıda veri olması halinde bile uzman görüşleri ile mevcut belirsizlik göz önüne alınarak gerçeğe yakın sonuçlar elde etmek mümkündür. Bu çalışmada Singh (2007) tarafından önerilen bulanık zaman serileri ile talep tahmini yöntemi kullanılarak gıda sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir işletme için bir ürünün talep tahmini yapılmaktadır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The short and long term plans of companies are mostly based on the demand forecasts. Companies want to have demand forecasts which have minimum failure rates. Especially when the data are not enough to predict future and the market conditions are uncertain, traditional demand forecasting techniques require some assumptions which cause increase on failure rates. Even if the data are not enough, future demands could be determined by using forecasting techniques that are based on fuzzy time series and expert opinions which consider the uncertainty. In this paper, the fuzzy time series model proposed by Singh (2007) is used to determine future demands for a product of a food production company. | en_US |
