Abstract
Bu araştırmada öncelikle kamulaştırmanın ne olduğu, kamulaştırma kanunu ve kamulaştırma ile benzer kavramlar açıklanmaktadır. Ardından kurumlar tarafından açılmış uzlaşma olmaması halinde kamulaştırma-değer tespit davalarına örnek olacak bir dosya incelemesi ile tarafların kazanım ve kayıplarının incelenmesi sonuçlar saptamalar ve öneriler yapılmaktadır.
In this study, first of all, expropriation concept, expropriation law and similar concepts are explained. And then, a file review will be made which is an example of expropriation-price determination lawsuit in case there is no consensus by the parties with results and recommendations.
