Hotel industry plays a significant role in increasing the attractiveness of the country as a whole and its separate regions internationally. Hospitality - is the foundation of tourism as an economic activity. Accommodation has a central place in a range of services offered to tourists during a travel, and is an integral part of every tour. Dynamic processes of hotel market transformation and intensification of international competition in this market, necessitate the investment development of the hotel ind ustry enterprises. Purpose of the paper is investigation of general situation of the hotel industry in Ukraine, analysis and evaluation of investment activity of hotel business in Ukraine.
