Öğe Distribution of Occupational Accidents in Coal Fired Thermal Power Plant Using HFACS Technique(Springer, 2020) Ogmen, A.C.; Ekmekci, İsmailEnergy is one of the most important and essential requirements in the social and economic development of countries. Therefore, in order for the energy to be uninterrupted, the necessary measures must be taken before and after. In this study, 50 accident reports occurring in X coal fired power plant between 2016 and 2019 were examined. The causal factors of these accidents were statistically analyzed and classified using the human factor analysis and classification system (HFACS) method. According to the results of the analysis, the inadequate management factor that contributes primarily to human errors in all accidents examined, the other factors are the routine violations and organizational process. Tarih boyunca, bilgi toplumunun gereği olarak depolanan ve üretilen veri büyüklüğü parabolik bir ivmelenme içindedir. Meta veri deposu nihayetinde “siber güvenlik olaylarını ve veri ihlallerini savuşturmanın olağan zorluklarıyla” karşı karşıya kalacak ve daha fazla bilimkurgu türü saldırı (yani saldırıya uğramış avatarlar), nft, crypto paralar ve insanların sağlık sorunlarına yol açabilecek meta-evrenlerine DDoS vb. saldırıları görüleceği beklenmektedir. Bu çalışma, siber güvenlik üzerine genel kavramlar, sıkça kullanılmakta olan testler, yazılımlar anlatılırken, meseleyi son zamanların yoğun olarak gündem konusu olan Metaverse ile ilişkilendirmektedir. Siber güvenliğin, nedenleri stratejik yaklaşımları ve muhafaza sistemlerinin çok iyi anlaşılması ve konuya olan hakimiyetin yönetici ve uygulayıcılar düzeyinde artırılmasıyla, teknolojik gelişimin daha da güvenli ve sağlam adımlarla yürüyeceği görülmektedir. Gelinen noktada, siber saldırıların yoğunluğu göz önüne alındığında en iyi savunma biçiminin aktif savunma daha da ilerisi aktif saldırı durumunda olmak gerektiği vurgulanmaktadır.Öğe Modeling of the Effect of Outdoor Parameters Affecting the Performance of the Heat Pump on the Evaporator and Condenser Temperature(Gazi University, 2024) Özdemir, Mehmet; Onat, Mustafa Kemal; Onat, Ayhan; Ekmekci, İsmailThe effect of the outdoor parameters affecting the performance of the air source heat pump on the condenser condensation temperature and evaporator evaporation temperature was investigated by moderated mediation analysis in cooling mode, and the effects of the outdoor parameters and the optimization model equations. With the optimization model used in this study, the effect of outdoor temperature, wind direction, and relative humidity on condenser condensation temperature was found to be 39,82%, 24,72%, and 7,65%, respectively. The outdoor temperature has a negative indirect effect on the evaporator evaporation temperature by 1,32%. It was discovered that relative humidity has a 0,63% effect on the interaction between outdoor temperature, wind direction, and evaporator temperature.Öğe Psychosocial Risk Assessment by Fine Kinney and ANFIS Method: A Case Study in a Metal Processing Plant(Springer, 2020) Baç, N.; Ekmekci, İsmailOccupational health and safety practices continue to improve, but accidents and occupational health issues continue to cause problems for management and employees. Although psychosocial risks and hazards have substantial adverse effects, they are often overlooked in most risk assessment practices. The objective of this work is to assess the employee psychosocial risks by a case study using the COPSOQII questionnaire at a metal processing plant. Inputs from COPSOQII questionnaire were used to assess psychosocial hazards in Fine Kinney analysis. The Fine-Kinney method contains fuzzy decisions. This uncertainty is resolved by using the ANFIS (Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System) module. Results of the ANFIS model indicate that when actual risks and those predicted by the model are compared, the model could predict the risk scores with high accuracy. © 2020, The Editor(s) (if applicable) and The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
