Öğe The effect of industry 4.0 on organizational performance in Mogadishu(İstanbul Ticaret Üniversitesi, 2021) Abdulle, Manal Mohamed Abdulle, Manal Mohamed med AbdulleABSTRACT The aim of this study; To identify or detect the effects of Industry 4. 0 technology components of technology companies in Somalia-Mogadishu on organizational performance. The model of this research was modeled as survey research from quantitative tools and the survey form developed by Duman (2020) was used. The survey form includes corporate information about companies collected from 187 employees of 14 companies, scales related to Industry 4. 0 maturity level measurement and Organizational Performance Measurement. The independent variables of the research model are E4. 0 dimensions used in the Industry 4. 0 maturity level measurement, and their dependent variables are organizational performance criteria used in the organizational performance measurement. Important conclusions were reached as a result of this study. These results are on the organizational performance of 4. 0 technologies of technology companies in Mogadishu. Regarding the use of Industry 4. 0 in the obtained results; Significant results were obtained on profitability, costs, production quantities, operating capacity, production speed and product quality. According to results; There is a positive and significant relationship between the E4. 0 dimensions and product quality, efficiency in decision making in enterprises, work quality and job security of employees, product production and delivery in enterprises, the efficiency of the enterprise, the competitiveness of the enterprise, image of the company in the market and energy efficiency in enterprises. So it can be said that E4. 0 technology dimensions affect the quality of the organization of enterprises in a positive way.
