İstanbul toplu ulaşım sistemi yapısını göz önünde tutarak, yapılan literatür çalışmaları ve iyi uygulamaların incelenmesi sonucunda otorite ile operatör arasındaki ilişki düzeyini belirleyen sözleşme modeli olarak kalite teşvikli brüt maliyet anlaşmasının uygulanması gerektiği ortaya konmuştur.It is aimed to determine the relations between the authority and operator responsible for the provision of public transportation service and the contract type in which mutual authority, responsibility and authority areas of the authority and the parties willing to provide the service are determined.
