Our design has probe feed. The square-shaped microstrip patch antenna indicates a theta polarized radiation pattern with gain of 4.31 dB at 12.04 GHz. The measurement of the fabricated antenna confirms the simulation results obtained in an electromagnetic simulation program, called Sonnet Suites. This antenna can be easily integrated into systems for satellite communications.
