Metaverse platformları olarak bilinen henüz az sayıda yüklenici bulunmaktadır. Yükleniciler, kullanıcılar tarafından satın almaya, kiralamaya, gezip görmeye ya da üzerinde işlem yapabilmeye elverişli ortamlar sunmaktadır. Çalışma, MetaKhan üzerinde bir eğitim-öğrenim kurumu oluşturmayı hedeflemektedir. Bu eğitim kurumunun adı: “Istanbul School of Metaverse” olarak belirlenmiştir. İfade edilen yüklenicilerden olan MetaKhan Platformu üzerinde konumlanan İstanbul School of Metaverse eğitim kurumunun teknik dökümanı BeTa İlim Derneği bünyesinde geliştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı, MetaKhan platformunda eğitime dayalı bir ekosistem oluşturmaktır. Pandemi münasebeti ile verilen uzaktan eğitimlerin verim ve etkinliği yönünde yaşanan sorunları bertaraf etmek, beşeri sermayesi düşük kesimler için eğitim ve öğrenim sunmak, uygulama yapmak, futuristik yöntemler üzerine farkındalık oluşturmak, verilen sertifika ve diplomaların geçerliliğini sağlamak ve nihayet gerçek kişilerin kimlik ve özgeçmişlerinin doğrulamasını sağlayarak NFT üzerinde konumlandırmak ve insan kaynakları konusunda reel sektöre ve kişisel gelişimlere destek vermek amaçlanmaktadır. There are still a small number of contractors known as Metaverse platforms. Contractors offer environments suitable for users to purchase, rent, tour or operate on. The study aims to create an educational institution on MetaKhan. The name of this educational institution is “Istanbul School of Metaverse.” The technical document, namely “White Paper”, of Istanbul School of Metaverse in MetaKhan Platform, which is one of these contractors, has been developed within the body of BeTa Science Association. The aim of the study is to create an education-based ecosystem on the MetaKhan platform. To eliminate the problems experienced in the efficiency and effectiveness of distance education given due to the pandemic, to provide education and training for those with low human capital, to practice, to raise awareness on futuristic methods, to ensure the validity of the certificates and diplomas given, and finally to position them on the NFT by verifying the identity and resume of reel person. It is aimed to provide human resources for the real sector and help personal development of employees.
