İncelenen ölçeklerde ülke veya kurum hedeflendiği, ankete dayalı ölçeklerin kişisel algılara dayandığı, KOBİ’ler tarafından uygulanabilecek, esnek, iş fonksiyonlarının somut olarak ölçümlendiği ve kısa zamanda uygulanabilecek bir ölçek geliştirilmesine ihtiyaç duyulduğu tespit edilmiştir.In order to form a basis for a scale to be developed to measure the digital maturity level of institutions and businesses in the post-pandemic digital transformation process, the scales aiming to measure digital maturity, digital readiness and industry 4.0 maturity level were researched by literature review method, the strengths and weaknesses of the selected scales were analyzed and compared to each other and their applicability by SMEs was examined.
