Bu çalışmanın ana eksenini KOBİ’lerin tanımlanması, Dünya ve Türkiye’deki perspektifi ile beraber özellikle 2017 yılında ülkemizde yaşanan Kredi Garanti Fonu rüzgârının, KOBİ’lere etkileri oluşturmaktadır. 2010-2017 dönemi Türkiye Bankacılık Sektörel gelişimi, BDDK ve TCMB verileri doğrultusunda incelenerek, 2017 yılında yoğun olarak kullandırılmaya başlanan KGF kredileri neticesinde oluşan yeni kredi hacmi, mevduat faizleri ve ticari kredi faizlerinin KOBİ finansman problemlerine etkileri analiz edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada ayrıca İstanbul ilinde faaliyet gösteren ve farklı demografik faktörlere sahip ve özellikle Kredi Garanti Fonu Kredisi kullanan KOBİ nitelikli firmalara anket yapılmış ve “Likerd Ölçeği” ile KGF kredilerine bakış açıları, algıları ve KGF kredilerinin KOBİ finansman problemlerine etkileri analiz edilmiştirThis study examines the financing problems faced by small and medium-sized enterprises and analyzes the effects of the Credit Guarantee Fund Facilities in solving these problems. The study contains a questionnaire survey, conducted on SME Portfolios operating regionally in Istanbul within different demographic structures.
