Factors affecting birth weight of newborn are examined with categorical regression. The main purpose of the model development is to examine the causal relationship between independent and dependent variables. It is believed that the prepared Categorical Regression Analysis system may be useful for physicians to make decisions about the factors affecting the birth weight of babies during pregnancies.
