In this paper, fuzzy logic supported WSA (Weighted Sum Approach) and TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) methodologies are proposed to make a selection among the alternative maintenance strategies. Preventive, corrective, condition-based and predictive maintenance alternatives are evaluated for a manufacturing plant. The results show that preventive maintenance strategy is preferred for this facility. The main framework of the proposed approach can be performed to any plant for selecting maintenance strategy. But, every organization has different characteristics in terms of management approach, products and operations. For this reason, in the application, specific attributes of firm should be considered attentively by implementers or managers.Tesisler için en uygun bakım stratejisinin seçimi, önemli bir çok kriterli karar verme problemidir. Bu çalışmada, alternatif bakım stratejilerinin değerlendirilmesi amacıyla bulanık mantık destekli WSA (Ağırlıklı hesaplama yaklaşımı) ve TOPSIS (İdeal çözüme benzerliğe dayalı sıralama tekniği) yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Bir imalat tesisi için; önleyici, düzeltici, durum tabanlı ve kestirimci bakım stratejileri değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan analiz sonucunda, önleyici bakım stratejisinin tercih edilmesi gerektiği ortaya çıkmıştır. Önerilen yaklaşım, herhangi bir tesis için bakım stratejisinin seçiminde uygulanabilir.
