The problem is formulated to include six primary goals: maximize financial benefits, maximize effective software utilisation, maximize employee satisfaction, minimize cost, minimize training duration and minimize risk of operation. Fuzzy AHP is used to specify judgments about the relative importance of each goal. A case study performed for a small manufacturing company running ERP software training is included to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model. © 2006 by World Scientific Publishing Co.
