The study used Hormuud Telecom, one of the private businesses in Mogadishu, Somalia. The study's specific objective is to look into how organizational culture affects innovation in the following areas: resources, product, processes, organizational, market, and culture. Design/methodology/approach –230 employees of Hormuud Telecom participated in this study, which used a questionnaire and a random sample to collect data from the respondents. To achieve the study's goal, the descriptive test, correlation, and regression were used. Findings – The study discovered that organizational culture has a good impact on innovation management, which keep the company relevant in the market.
