New regulations in Turkish Migration Law have enabled taking migration issues which remain to be solved quickly and definitely in terms of legitimacy under the control. In this study, national migration legislation was examined, and foreign scientists' rights in Turkey were investigated from the viewpoint of Turkish Foreigners' Law'.
