The multiple regression method was used to decompose the effect of each sub-dimension. In the study, secondary data prepared by international institutions was used. SPSS program was used to perform the analyses. Although this study initially predicted that the LPI sub-dimensions had a positive effect on the coverage ratio, all the hypotheses, except for the infrastructure, were rejected.
